Shipping & Handling Policy
Normal handling time is anywhere from 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase.
There are available options for an extra cost that allow us to prioritize your purchase and usually takes 2-4 weeks for you to receive the item/s. This prioritized order can be purchased during checkout.
Normal shipping is anywhere from 3-5 business days after the item has been complete. We will notify you when your order is received, being made, complete, and shipped out so you know exactly what going on. We also have available options for expedited shipping so you can receive the items sooner. This can also be applied during checkout.
A signature is required for the currier to drop off the shipment. It will not be left outside.
International shipping charges are pre calculated with USPS. Extra fees and charges may apply even after you complete your purchase. For international shipping addresses we may need to ship to a local post office for pick up.

Return & Exchange Policy
Since our Kaleidoscope’s are handmade and custom made with your specifications. The items cannot be returned. If there are any issues with the item we are happy to fix and or give you a new one.
